The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is pleased to inform interested parties of the call for applications to the 2027 Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Scholarship Program, offered in partnership with leading universities in the Republic of Korea.

The program provides qualified candidates the opportunity to pursue master’s and doctoral degree programs designed to develop future leaders who can contribute to the socio-economic development of their institutions, communities, and countries.

Government employees, as well as faculty and staff of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) with permanent status and preferably under the age of 40, are encouraged to apply.

The Civil Service Commission Cordillera Administrative Region (CSC CAR) warns the public of fraudulent activities involving reservation of slots for the August 9, 2026 Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT).

The CSC CAR further informs the public that the CSC is not affiliated with the page, “Civil Service Corner Ph” (https://www.facebook.com/CSCornerPh).

The CSC CAR reiterates that creating an account in the Online Civil Service Examination Appication System (OCSEAS) is FREE of Charge.
