🥳 The ACC BSHM Research for 2026 focuses on the use of Heirloom Ingredients in the Production of Antiqueño Desserts. 🍠🌽🥥 𝗕𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝘄𝗲:
✅ Map where heirloom ingredients are still grown and used
✅ Support Farmers who are the guardians of these seeds
✅ Develop sustainable models for heirloom ingredient supply chains
✅ Create awareness that can influence consumer choice and policy support
