Throwback: Last May 16 our group had its Fine Dining event. It was a blast!

The Comfort: Swiss Barley Soup & Spätzli Sausage in rich Gruyère Velouté.

The Signature: Beef Tenderloin in Red Wine Jus with classic crispy Rosti.

The Sweet Finish: A trio of Crème Caramel, Pavlova, and Lava Cake.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! 🥂
From the first prep to the final plate, our Buffet Culinary Simulation was a massive success! Our team transformed the Le Sebine Event place into a full-scale buffet experience, serving up everything from Appetizers to Desserts .

Huge thanks to everyone who joined us and made the simulation feel like the real deal. We’re one step closer to being industry-ready! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

Only 24 hours remain until our simulation buffet dinner kicks off! The kitchen is buzzing, the plates are polished, and the menu is loaded. 🔔
