𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗧𝗘𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗶𝗴

We, your TEENDig Kabataan officers, we take this moment to officially sign off—with hearts full of gratitude, pride, and countless unforgettable memories na hinding-hindi namin makakalimutan.

This journey was never just about titles or responsibilities.

To the next set of officers, this is now your story to write. Sulitin niyo ang bawat pagkakataon—ang challenges, ang lessons, at ang victories. Lead with passion, serve with integrity, at huwag kalilimutan kung bakit may TEENDig Kabataan—para magbigay inspirasyon, magpalakas ng boses, at gumawa ng tunay na pagbabago.

As we step down from our positions, hindi namin ito tinitingnan bilang katapusan, kundi bilang panibagong simula. Bitbit namin ang lahat ng natutunan, ang mga pagkakaibigang nabuo, at ang mga alaala na mananatili sa amin habang-buhay.

This may be our final message as officers, but our hearts will always remain with TEENDig Kabataan. Hindi man kami nasa posisyon na, mananatili kaming bahagi ng organisasyong ito—proud sa legacy at impact na sama-sama naming nabuo.

Hanggang sa muli, Antipolo National High School TEENDig Kabataan.

With sincere gratitude and pride,
TEENDig Kabataan Officers 💜

𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝘼𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚 — 𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙉𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝘽𝙚.

Mental health matters—now more than ever. In a world where people are often praised for being strong and silent, we sometimes forget that real strength also means knowing when to speak, when to rest, and when to ask for help. Not everything we go through is visible, and not every smile means everything is okay. Behind closed doors, many are fighting battles they never talk about.

Breaking the stigma starts with understanding that mental health struggles are not a sign of weakness, but a part of being human. Just like physical health, our minds need care, attention, and compassion. It’s okay to not have everything figured out. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed, tired, or lost. What matters is that we acknowledge these feelings instead of hiding them.

Let’s create a space where people feel safe to open up without fear of judgment. A space where “How are you?” is asked sincerely, and the answer is truly heard. Check on your friends, your family, and even yourself. Sometimes, a simple conversation can make someone feel less alone.

This Women’s Month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and courage of every woman and girl in our communities.

From mothers, daughters, and leaders to young women finding their voice—each story matters. Each dream deserves to be heard. Each woman deserves respect, protection, and equal opportunities.

Let us continue to stand against violence, break barriers, and create safe spaces where women can thrive without fear or judgment.

✨ Empower a woman.
✨ Educate a co-peers
✨ Support one another

Because when women are empowered, communities grow stronger 💜

𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆

Last Friday was another meaningful moment for the Elevate Family of ANHS. Together, we shared not only our time and energy but also our passion to grow, learn, and support one another. Every smile, every effort, and every small achievement reminded us that being part of this family means lifting each other up and moving forward as one.

As we continue our journey, the Elevate Family remains a space where unity, encouragement, and dedication thrive. May we keep inspiring one another, building stronger bonds, and creating memories that will remind us that in this family, no one is left behind. 🌷✨

Last month, the Orientation of Peer Navigators for School Year 2026–2027 was successfully held at the JICA Building Conference Room of Antipolo National High School. Students from Grade 7 to 9 gathered with enthusiasm as the program opened with the National Anthem and a prayer. The event also featured a warm welcome from the school principal, Dr. Rowena B. Sison, together with meaningful messages from the ARH Coordinator, Sir Reggil Villasis, and the TEENDig Nurse, Mrs. Merril Quiñones.

The orientation aimed to introduce the Teen Health Kiosk and deepen the understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Peer Navigators. The discussion was led by TEENDig officers including the President, Ms. Robellene Nacionales, Vice President Mr. Dhanes Kyle Mabansag, and Treasurer Mr. Ezekiel Tiu, who also presented the I CHOOSE campaign that focuses on empowering adolescents as they navigate their journey through puberty.

Informative discussions from TEENDig nurses highlighted important topics such as mental health, teenage pregnancy, and substance abuse awareness. The program concluded with the election for vacant positions, leaving the students inspired and more prepared to serve as Peer Navigators—ready to become voices of support, hope, and guidance for their fellow youth. 🍃

'Wag mag-v**e! 'Wag magpaloko sa v**e at sigarilyo.

Today, Share-ANHS took part in a meaningful gathering at the TEENDig Center, together with Elevate—a space filled with hope, purpose, and empowered conversations. It was a day of learning, sharing, and connecting as we were reminded of the importance of guiding the youth toward wise decisions, strong values, and a deeper sense of identity. 💜

Through this experience, we were inspired to continue serving, leading, and standing as instruments of positive change in our school and community. Today was not just about being present, but about growing together—strengthening our faith, our voices, and our commitment to make a difference. ✨
