Grow and Glow: Planting Knowledge, Feeding Future

The 3rd day conducted last friday was a successful day. Focused on preparing a healthy dish as part of your ongoing project. Justin diligently worked on preparing an appetizing salad. The process started with carefully chopping fresh lettuce and other vegetables, emphasizing the use of nutritious ingredients. Later, these ingredients were arranged in a container, topped with dressings, creating a vibrant salad for our participants.

FEEDING AND TUTORIAL SESSION DAY 2

Day 2 of our tutorial and feeding session was a sucess! Our team started the day by preparing the food and lessons for the day! Then, we measured the BMI of our new tutee and followed up on the health progress of the other tutees. Engaging tutorials were conducted that showered this group of participants with valuable knowledge. Our team aims to inspire positive change throughout the day. It has been a very productive day. See you all again on Friday for our last session and post-test!!!

Day 1 of our tutorial and feeding session was a sure hit! Our team started the day with a lively run to market to get some fresh ingredients to add to the bean sprouts harvested by our members for healthy meals. Then, we measured BMI and followed up on the health progress of the tutees. Brainstorming sessions- at the heart of teamwork and creativity. Engaging tutorials that showered this group of participants with valuable knowledge. Sitting down for a hearty meal together brought smiles and togetherness. Our team's dedication and enthusiasm inspired positive change throughout the day. It has been very enriching. See you all again tomorrow!!
