ENTRY 2: "SLEEP PARALYSIS"

(PLAGIARISM IS A CRIME! THIS IS A REAL STORY!)

"Okay, as the admin of this group.... I want to share my own experience with this creepy and horrific experience I had.
Typically I am a mentally strong person, hindi ako magugulatin or let's say di rin ako matatakotin, except when it literally is on the extreme level of (horror).
Pero this one time, as I was sleeping... I woke up in the middle of the night, approximately 3 am ng madaling araw. I cannot move, para ba akong dinaganan ng mabigat na bagay as if I was being held back by an unseen force.
I can move my eyes but I cannot speak.... I roamed my eyes around the room... Just to see a dark entity, a black silhouette of a man, or a person literal na black ang buong katawan. Akala ko nakakakita ako ng demonyo. And grabe ang horror na nafeel ko at that moment.
He was standing at the corner of my room, I wanted to wake my Ate Paula up, pero I couldn't due to the fact na I was restricted from moving and talking.
Gusto ko umiyak sa sobrang takot, I blinked my eyes and hoped that everything would be fine, at matatapos na to.
Just to open my eyes and see the entity on top of me, like it was face to face with me at walang ano ano akong tinititigan intently.... With a sinister smile on its face.
I was so scared and I prayed to God, hoping it ends because It really felt surreal.
After a bit of 3-5 mins, finally the horror ended, I would blink my eyes to check if it was gone, and finally I was able to move. I sat up and prayed to God, I believe yun ang tumulong sakin to get rid of that entity.... Though many believe that sleep paralysis is caused by stress and lack of sleep.
But science cannot prove all spiritual sightings...... From then on I was always cautious at night, making sure that I have my siblings nearby as I sleep. For this horrific experience lives rent free in my mind."

"I'd like to share a personal experience that become a family legend. Although I don't remember it myself, my mom often recounts this eerie tale: At my grandfather's wake when I was just 3 years old, I repeatedly pointed at an empty space by the door and asked, "Who's the man standing there?" According to my mom, I was pointing at my Lolo's spirit. Even now, I still wonder what I saw that day..."🫥

Creepy isn't it??? but do you know it is believed that kids are more prone to seeing spirits or ghosts due to their vulnerability and because they are easy to manipulate???👻
