This Easter Sunday, embrace a fresh start not just in life, but within yourself. ๐ŸŒฟโœจ

At Wellness Writing PH, we believe that true healing begins from within.

Through the power of journaling, you can release what no longer serves you, rediscover your strength, and nurture a more peaceful, balanced mind.

Let this season of renewal be your reminder: growth is possible, healing is yours, and your story is worth writing.

I am grateful and humbled to celebrate a milestone with Silid Aralan, Inc. โ€” our 50th Pluma Wellness Writing Session together. ๐Ÿ’›

Our topic was โ€œGrace in the Grindโ€ โ€” a reflection on their behind-the-scenes work and quiet service for the learners of Silid Aralan. They paused and reflected on simple but deep questions:
๐Ÿ’› What part of our work feels tiring or unseen right now?
๐Ÿ’› How does what we do become an act of service and love for our learners?
๐Ÿ’› And if God were speaking to us today about our work, what words of encouragement might He be offering?

After everyone had shared a Bible verse gently presented itself: Matthew 11:28 โ€” Jesusโ€™ invitation to come and rest when the work feels heavy. It felt like Godโ€™s tender way of closing the session โ€” not with more to do, but with rest.

And just before we ended, their Chief Motivation Officer shared the perfect reminder that everything we do is held and sustained by grace: The Three Gโ€™s โ€” Godโ€™s Golden Grace.

Personally, my heart is full of gratitude.
๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ Thank You, Lord, for the doors that SAI Pluma has opened for me.

๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ Thank you, Arcie, for reaching out and trusting me to journey with your team through writing and reflection. Our very first session was back in October 2021, and here we are โ€” still writing, still reflecting, still growing.

๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ To the SAI Team, your work may be behind the scenes, but its impact reaches far beyond what you see. May you always find grace in the grind.

๐ŸŒปLast night was special โ€” it was our first 2025 face-to-face Wellness Writing Wednesday session and also our last session for the year, shared by both singles and wives groups combined.

With prompts that asked what surprised us about ourselves, how we rose above our biggest challenges, and which parts of our hearts still long for healing, we opened up about our transitions in family, work, and spirituality. There was laughter and there were tearsโ€ฆbut in the end, everything pointed back to one truth: everything is grace.

What a joy to end the year with grateful hearts, gentleness toward ourselves, and trust in the God who meets us in every season โ€” grief, healing, transition, and hope.

Hereโ€™s to stepping into the new year with renewed spirits and steady faith. ๐ŸŒป

What a night of raw emotions and honest journaling. โœ๐Ÿผ

We looked into the life of King David โ€” a man after Godโ€™s own heart โ€” and wrote our own psalms about facing our โ€œGoliaths,โ€ our falls and failures, and the grace that never let us go. โœจ

May we, too, become women after Godโ€™s own heart โ€” learning to pour out our souls before Him and rise again through His mercy.

P.S. Sharing with you our Writing Challenge for the month, sistรผhs. Keep your writing honest and from the heart.๐Ÿ’—

โœจ Simula at Wakas โœจ

๏ฟฝJust like in SB19โ€™s world tour, today's Pluma session reminded us that every ending carries a lesson, every new beginning holds hope, and God is quietly present in every in-between.

Hereโ€™s to new chapters โ€” in our relationships, in ourselves, and in the story He continues to write through us. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ๐Ÿ–‹๏ธ

โœจ โ€œYou were never meant to dim โ€” you were always meant to be golden.โ€ โœจ

Our KPOP Demon Hunters-inspired journaling night reminded us that even when we face our inner โ€œdemons,โ€ Godโ€™s light always finds a way to break through.

From a song of self-acceptance entitled โ€œSingularly His,โ€ to reminders from Scripture โ€”๏ฟฝ
๐Ÿ’– Psalm 23:4: We are never alone.๏ฟฝ
๐Ÿ’– Matthew 6:33โ€“34: Thereโ€™s no need to fear.๏ฟฝ
๐Ÿ’– 2 Corinthians 12:9: His grace is enough.๏ฟฝ
๐Ÿ’– And the quiet truth that โ€œitโ€™s not your effort, itโ€™s the Lordโ€™s effort.โ€

It was a night of courage, creativity, and grace โ€” proof that when we write with God, healing happens between the lines. ๐Ÿ–Š๏ธ

๐ŸŒธ Hope in Healing ๐ŸŒธ

Tonight, we wrote about how healing has made us stronger, braver, and more trusting โ€” in God, in others, and in ourselves.

Even in the hard days, weโ€™re reminded that life is still beautiful โ€” full of faith, grace, and quiet hope.
