The event opened with welcome messages from university officials, followed by an inspiring talk from Dr. Eusebio Q. Aldea. A vibrant cultural performance by the Hiyas of Rizal Dance Troupe added color to the celebration. The program also featured the Pledge of Commitment, awarding of certificates and tokens, and concluded with a testimonial toast and closing remarks—celebrating the dedication, perseverance, and achievements of the newly licensed professional teachers. 👨‍🏫❤️
