Nasabi mo na rin ba yan?
Yes, we are surrounded by multitudes of unwanted situations like of the pandemic, unemployment, corruption in Philhealth, late ayuda, unexpected deaths of people whom we are close with. Mapapasabi ka nalang ng “Haay, buhay nga naman”. That very statement shows that everything that happens points out to our life.
There’s nothing new! What we are seeing now are just repetitions from the past, maybe our problem is the timing, “Bakit sabay sabay?”
We are overtaken by our anxieties and overwhelmed by those situations, but do we really see what’s and who’s working behind the curtain? It’s God’s.
This year teaches me to value life and time, and those are gifts from God. No one has the full control in his life, not even one’s wealth or social status. No one has the power to control time, not even one’s technology. Our life is teaching us something important, and that is to know the purpose of our existence. It is all about God. Hence, we have many reasons to thank Him!
We have the choice to finish this year with fear and anxiety, or to trust God’s process and live with it. It’s up to you!
It is not late to say, “Thank you 2020, it brings me closer to God.”
