Here’s something I’ve learned after years of teaching traders...
People often ask me why my community keeps growing. The truth is... I don’t recruit. I don’t convince. And I don’t compete. I simply teach.
If someone chooses to talk about Mentor Vinch, that’s their decision not because I asked them to, but because they found value.
Word of mouth is earned. You don't buy it, you don't force it and you certainly can't stop it. Kapag totoong may natutunan ang isang tao, natural lang na ikkuwento niya yan. Kapag may totoong resulta, kusa iyong magsasalita yan.
I don't measure success by how many people join my community. I measure it by how many traders become disciplined, consistent and profitable. So I choose to keep my circle grounded. Let the noise be noise. Hindi ingay ang sinusundan ng tao, kundi yung tahimik pero consistent ang results. Hindi paramihan ng tao, kundi lalim ng impact.
At the end of the day, people may forget what you said, but they'll always remember how you made them grow.

Shown below is the profit of one of my mentees from January 2026 to June 7, 2026.

Lagi ko sinasabi sa mga mentees ko na trading is a lot like baseball.
Most people think success comes from hitting one massive home run, one trade, one lucky shot, one life-changing profit. Pero hindi ganun ang totoong laro.
Championships are won by players who consistently get on base. Base hit after base hit after base hit.
Every disciplined trade, every well managed risk, every small consistent gain those are your base hits.
You don't need one trade that makes you a millionaire. You need hundreds of good decisions that compound over time. That's where the P411,000 result comes from. Hindi dahil sa isang swerte. Kundi sa disiplina. Consistency at tamang risk management.
Remember, the market doesn't reward excitement, it rewards consistency. Stop chasing home runs. Start collecting base hits.

Kaya kayong nag babasa nito... Oo ikaw!
Mag isip ka. Not because you are green last month, doesnt mean dapat tumigil kana don. Theres always a room for improvement. Assess mo mga risks mo mga rewards mo or did you follow your plan. Mga ganon.
Wag losses lang ang ina assess mo. Mas importante ang mga ito. What is your Profit Factor or ano ang Profit/Loss Ratio mo at end of the month. For me, it should always be above 2.0.

Ang pinagkaiba lang, hindi sila tumigil.

Focus on protecting your capital.
Focus on following your rules.
Focus on becoming the kind of trader na kayang humawak ng milyon—not just kumita ng milyon.

One day, you'll look back at today's frustrations and realize...

P.s Consistency is the real Flex. Why? Because kami consistent nag wiwithdraw ng weekly,bi-weekly, monthly... Eh ikaw? Nganga kapadin? Gnyan tlga kapag nag ririsk ka ng 5%-15% of your equity... "MALI KA JAN, BOY!" -Don 2026 😂

Happy Monday!

I used to think SUCCESS in trading and life had to be loud. The P&L screenshots, the profit calendars, the vacations, the expensive things, lands, cars and houses. But as time went on, I realized something. Real success is quiet. It's PEACE. Peace is waking up without the need to prove anything to anyone. It's having the freedom to spend time with your family, protect your mental health, and sleep well at night, knowing you're living life on your own terms.
As a trader, I don't feel the need to post every winning trade or every milestone. Those things may inspire some people, but they don't define success. For me, success is measured differently. My greatest trophies are not my profits, they're not my achievements, they're my mentees. Seeing them become consistently profitable, disciplined, emotionally mature, and confident in their own journey brings me more fulfillment than any P&L screenshot ever could.
Hindi ko kailangang ipakita sa mundo kung gaano na ako kalayo. Ang mahalaga, payapa ang isip ko, tahimik ang puso ko, at may mga taong umangat dahil sa kaunting kaalaman na naibahagi ko. At the end of the day, money can impress people, but peace is what fulfills you. The true meaning of success isn't how loud your victories are. It's how peaceful your life has become and how many lives you've helped change along the way.
