Happy Easter Sunday!
On this day, our Lord Jesus Christ rose for us all, He defeated death by His resurrection from the cross and indeed proved to us all that He truly is the Son of God!
Let these 3 eggs serve as a reminder to us all that God is real and living, no matter what hardship you are going through, you are never alone. Just as He has sent His son to save us all, our God also sends good people to help one another! ❤️
Never forget this powerful verse that He has risen, for God lives with us all each and every single day while we are here on Earth...

"If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." - Wayne W. Dyer
Reasons why we must have a positive outlook on life:
- It brings happiness
- It brings satisfaction
- It lessens our stress
- It makes us mindful of things around us
- It reminds us to be grateful for the blessings we receive
“Life has no meaning.” 😂 or 😭 ?
This phrase takes most people down an existential spiral filled with nihilistic and horrifying dread. The sheer thought that everything we do or feel, worry or dream about ultimately does not matter is paralysing.
It can keep the best of us curled up in bed all night (we know because we’ve been there!). It makes us feel like nothing truly matters and we are not in control of anything at all. There is no point at doing anything because there is no point at all.
However, while being wrapped up in all the vulnerability and helplessness, something shifts and a new perspective arises. There is an exquisite beauty that lies in this statement. The fact that nothing has any inherent meaning gives us the unadulterated freedom to make our own meaning. We can create our own reality and no one can say anything otherwise that will waver our belief.
This also shows how the same truth can mean and host entirely different worlds and realities for different people. It is a timely reminder that we should never impose ourselves upon others and afford them the space to be whoever they want to be. We can stay open and receptive to share and lend a shoulder, but never dictate! 💕

An open letter to someone who feel lost and unworthy
💚💚💚
In contrast to many physical disabilities, disclosing a mental illness appears to set one apart from others. Stigma perpetuates misunderstanding about mental health issues and continues to lead to people being objectified as dangerous or incompetent.
Let us stop the stigma by understanding or taking a closer look into the world of mental illness.
Here are some of the movies and series to watch that spread mental health awareness.

A message for someone experiencing feelings of loneliness and isolation
There can be times when you might feel that you are alone despite having friends or in a room full of people. What you feel is valid but always remember that you are not actually alone. There is someone willing to listen and talk to you or simply be with you. It may be hard for you to reach out to people but be reminded that taking the first step will always be the hardest. Do not be afraid to speak up, you are worthy of someone’s time, you are loved, and you are seen.
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” -Isaiah 41:10
