National University Clark is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Nest M. Victoria as the Dean of the School of Dentistry and Allied Health, effective July 1, 2026.

Dr. Victoria brings with him a distinguished career in dental education, academic leadership, and professional practice. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and Master of Science in Dental Education from 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨 𝐄𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚..

Prior to joining NU Clark, Dr. Victoria served as the 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬 of the College of Dentistry at 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚 (𝐍𝐔 𝐌𝐎𝐀), where he dedicated more than nine years of service to the National University system. He played a key role in supporting the College’s academic and clinical programs, contributing to a culture of excellence that helped the College of Dentistry consistently achieve a 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Before joining National University, Dr. Victoria held various academic and professional positions at one of the country’s leading institutions for dental education. In addition to his accomplishments in higher education, he has maintained 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭, gaining extensive experience in patient care, clinical management, and the advancement of best practices in dentistry.

As 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡, Dr. Victoria will lead initiatives to strengthen academic programs, enhance clinical training, expand research and community engagement efforts, and further develop competent, compassionate, and globally competitive healthcare professionals.

National University Clark is set to reach new heights as construction progresses for its new state-of-the-art academic building, a landmark development that will significantly expand the University’s capacity and further strengthen its commitment to quality education.

Once completed, it will serve as a cornerstone of NU Clark’s 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Designed to accommodate approximately 18,000 to 20,000 students, the new academic facility will provide a modern, dynamic, and future-ready learning environment for the growing NU Clark community. The expansion reflects the University’s continued efforts to meet increasing student demand while enhancing the overall academic experience.
