Please be informed that our Blood Donation Activity has been moved to May 6, 2026 (Wednesday), from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Health Services Office.

This adjustment is in anticipation of May 7 being a special non-working holiday (Jose Abad Santos Day) in Pampanga and Angeles City. Even we are still waiting for the official announcement from the Angeles City LGU regarding the suspension of classes/work.

We still encourage everyone to participate—your donation can help save lives! 💉

Services Offered:
• Basic medical consultation
• Assessment of common illnesses
• First aid advice
• Health counseling
• Referral to appropriate facilities if needed

How to Avail:

Ang Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center – Mental Health and Neuro Clinic (RLMMC-MHNC) ay tumatanggap na ng walk-in at appointment-based consultations para sa mga nangangailangan ng tulong sa mental health at neurological care—LIBRE ang serbisyo para sa patients ng Angeles City at Central Luzon.

• Psychologist (Ma’am Maica Pineda) – Monday | 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN
• Psychiatrist (Dr. Mel Vinci Cruz) – Every other Wednesday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Family Medicine (Dr. Kayla Mallari-Perez) – Wednesday | 9:00 AM – 12:00 NN (follow-up at reseta lang)
• Neurologist (Dr. Kathrina Campos) – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
