Sa paggunita natin sa Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa sa taong ito na may temang "Wikang Filipino: Wikang Mapagpalaya", atin isapuso't isip na ang ating wika ang nagsisilbing kalasag ng ating pagkakakilanlan at pag-unlad. Sa pamamagitan nito'y, nailalahad natin ang ating mga kaisipan, adhikain, at mithiin tungo sa isang mas maunlad at malayang bansa.

Malugod at maalab na pagbati sa lahat ng nagbuhos ng oras, at kakayahan upang gawing matagumpay at makabuluhan ang pagdiriwang na ito. Sa lahat ng mga g**o, magulang at mag-aaral ng SNCSA ang aming pagpupugay, pagmamahal, pagbati at pasasalamat!
