This plan should include strategies such as microfilming and digitizing special or archival collections to preserve valuable resources and ensure accessibility even in the face of unforeseen disasters. By safeguarding these materials, institutions uphold the continuity of educational resources, fostering resilience and preparedness within the academic community.
