The Allacapan Vocational High School (AVHS) formally expresses its sincere appreciation and profound gratitude to the Local Government Unit of Allacapan, under the leadership of Hon. According to Ruth Jane Galvez, the speaker, on March 5, giving importance to education provides families better opportunities and helps the beneficiaries to break the cycle of poverty.

“Huwag niyong pabayaang pinanganak kayong mahirap at mamatay din kayong mahirap,” the speaker said.

Furthermore, she said that even though education is pricy, families should prioritize it as it provides better opportunities, security and power.

“Ang kasanayan dahil sa edukasyon ay nag bibigay oportunidad at mag -bigay ng trabaho,” she said.

Moreover, she claimed that education is a huge part of a students’ development because education changes behavior.

She added that it also helps with improving the decision-making skills of students.

“Ang edukasyon ay nakakapagpabago din sa ugali ng mga kabataan at nakaka tulong ito sa pag-iwas sa krimen, nakakatulong din ito sap ag papasya ng mga bata.” she claimed.

In addition, she said that parent’s support is a very important role for the students so they can reach their dream.

“Sa pamamagitan ng kanilang paggabay at paghikayat, mas nagiging determinado ang mga estudyante na magsikap at maabot ang kanilang mga pangarap,” said Galvez.
