🥥 Simple Cassava Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:

🥔 2 cups grated cassava (fresh or thawed frozen)

🥥 1 cup coconut milk

🍬 ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

🥛 ¼ cup condensed milk

🧈 2 tbsp melted butter or margarine

🌿 1 tsp vanilla extract

🧂 A pinch of salt

Instructions:

🔥 Preheat Oven: Preheat to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.

🥣 Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine grated cassava, coconut milk, sugar, condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla, and salt. Mix until smooth.

🍮 Bake: Pour the mixture into the greased dish. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is firm.

❄️ Cool & Serve: Let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or chilled.
