‎Parang kailan lang, kayo ang mga estudyanteng kinakabahan sa first day—hindi kilala ang isa't isa, nangangapa sa mga lessons, at nagtatanong kung kakayanin ba ang apat na taon. Ngayon, heto na kayo... dala ang lahat ng puyat, pagod, luha, tawanan, at mga alaalang hindi na mabubura.

‎This OJT is more than just a requirement.
‎
‎It's the moment where you'll slowly realize that the life you've been praying for is finally knocking on your door.

‎Hindi na kayo basta students na naghihintay ng grades. You're becoming professionals who will soon carry responsibilities, make decisions, and create a difference in the lives of others.

‎There will be days when you'll feel overwhelmed. May mga pagkakataong iisipin mong, "𝗞𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝗸𝗼 𝗯𝗮 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮?" At okay lang 'yon. Hindi sukatan ng kahinaan ang mapagod. Ang tunay na sukatan ay ang pagpili mong bumangon at magpatuloy kahit mahirap.

‎To our 4th Year BTVTED students, 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻—𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵. Learn with an open heart, work with integrity, and never lose the kindness that makes you who you are.

‎Kaya... sakay na. Huwag matakot sa mahabang biyahe, dahil bawat kilometro ay may aral na naghihintay sa inyo. Hindi man laging magiging madali ang daan, tandaan ninyo na walang pangarap ang naaabot nang hindi dumadaan sa pagod, kaba, at sakripisyo.

‎At kapag dumating ang araw na pakiramdam ninyo ay napapagod na kayo, balikan ninyo ang dahilan kung bakit kayo nagsimula. Balikan ninyo ang bersyon ng sarili ninyong minsang nangarap lang na makarating sa puntong ito.

‎As part of its commitment to preparing future technical-vocational educators for the professional world, the 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕𝗧𝗩𝗧𝗘𝗗) program of 𝗧𝗶𝘄𝗶 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 conducted its 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗦𝗜𝗧) 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟱 at 𝟭:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠. The activity was attended by 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝗧𝗩𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 in preparation for the students' upcoming industry deployment.

‎The orientation formally opened with an invocation led by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗮, ACETechS President, followed by the welcome remarks of 𝗗𝗿. 𝗔𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗖. 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘇𝗮, College President, who encouraged the student interns to embrace the opportunity with responsibility, dedication, and professionalism while recognizing the vital role of parents in supporting their children's internship journey.

‎The orientation proper was facilitated by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗟𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗖. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀, Program Head of BTVTED and SIT Coordinator, who discussed the policies, requirements, expectations, and responsibilities that students must observe throughout their Supervised Industry Training. The session also provided parents with a clear understanding of the internship program, ensuring that both students and their families are well-informed before deployment.

‎To address additional concerns regarding the internship program, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗠𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿 𝗡. 𝗦𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗮, Instructor and Former Program Head of BTVTED, provided further guidance and clarification on matters related to the Supervised Industry Training.

‎The program concluded with the closing remarks delivered by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗩. 𝗡𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗮, College Dean of Education and Vice President for Academic Affairs, who reminded the future educators to uphold the institution's values by demonstrating competence, integrity, and professionalism throughout their internship journey.

‎The pre-deployment orientation served as a significant milestone for the 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝗧𝗩𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, with the support of their parents, equipping them with the knowledge, confidence, and sense of responsibility needed as they transition from classroom learning to real-world industry experience. Through this initiative, the program continues to strengthen its commitment to producing competent, work-ready, and industry-responsive future educators.

‎The Bachelor of Technical-Vocational Teacher Education (𝗕𝗧𝗩𝗧𝗘𝗗) successfully conducted the 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 (𝗕𝗢𝗦𝗛) 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝟭 on 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, from 𝟵:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 to 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 at the 𝗧𝗖𝗖 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗔𝗩𝗥. The whole-day training aimed to equip fourth-year BTVTED students with the fundamental knowledge and competencies in occupational safety and health as part of their preparation for their upcoming On-the-Job Training (OJT).

‎The program formally opened with an inspirational message from 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗕. 𝗢𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘇, Safety Officer 3 (SO3) and CEO of 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗞𝗧𝗦 𝗢𝗣𝗖, who emphasized the importance of cultivating a strong safety culture in every workplace.

‎The training proper was facilitated by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗦. 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗴, Regional Manager of the 𝗗𝗢𝗟𝗘 – 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 (𝗢𝗦𝗛𝗖). Throughout the day, participants were introduced to the core principles of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), including the rights and responsibilities of workers and employers, hazard identification, risk assessment and control, accident prevention, emergency preparedness, and the significance of complying with workplace safety regulations.
‎
‎To reinforce learning, participants actively took part in discussions, workshops, and situational activities that encouraged them to analyze workplace hazards and apply appropriate control measures. These hands-on activities helped develop their critical thinking and strengthened their readiness to promote safe work practices during their OJT and future careers.
‎
‎As the training concluded, the participants gained not only valuable knowledge but also a deeper appreciation of the role of safety in every profession. Armed with greater awareness and practical skills, the future educators and industry professionals are now better prepared to foster safe, healthy, and productive working environments wherever they may serve.
