In line with Bicol University’s continued pursuit to provide quality services, the BU Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS), in coordination with the College Administration, is currently conducting the Clientele Satisfaction Survey on Student Services for the 2nd Semester of SY 2025-2026.

The University Student Council formally calls upon all bona fide students of Bicol University to participate in the University-Wide Plebiscite for the ratification of the proposed USC Constitution and By-Laws (CBL).

The proposed CBL, duly approved by the General Legislative Council and collectively crafted through consultations, deliberations, and institutional processes, seeks to strengthen student governance, accountability, representation, and service within the university.

We highly encourage every student to exercise their right to vote and become part of this significant milestone in the history of student leadership and representation in the university.

On 𝐌𝐚𝐲 22, 2026, 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝑻𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒐𝒏, conducted by 𝑻𝒖𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒂𝒏 𝑩𝒊𝒄𝒐𝒍, extended its helping hands to families affected by the Mayon Volcano eruption. The initiative first reached the community of 𝐒𝐮𝐚, 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠 at 9:00 𝐀𝐌, and continued its distribution efforts in 𝐓𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐚, 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠 at 2:00 𝐏𝐌, carrying not only aid but also compassion and solidarity. ✊

Every relief pack given was a reminder that 𝒏𝒐 𝒇𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆, and that even in difficult times, the spirit of 𝒃𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒉𝒂𝒏 continues to shine. 🤝❤️

As a result, citizens from the affected towns were forced to evacuate, experienced health concerns, and losses their livelihood.

The 𝑻𝒖𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑲𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒂𝒏-𝑨𝒍𝒃𝒂𝒚 is 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, whether through in-kind contributions, monetary donations, and community prayer — supporting the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐧, an initiative that aims to provide assistance and resilience aid to the affected families and individuals.
