𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗘 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪 & 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦

🎤 The stage is set for the next student leaders of DNHS.

Tomorrow, February 12, 2026, at 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM, the future leaders of Daraga National High School will take the stage at the DNHS The Fort Covered Court.

This is your chance to witness a powerful face-off as candidates tackle pressing school issues, present their platforms, and share their visions for a better DNHS, in collaboration with the 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱, 𝗘𝗹𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗗𝗗𝗥𝗠 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯.

Here is the official program flow and event guidelines for the upcoming SSLG Elections Miting de Avance. From the Face-Off Round to the Open Forum, candidates will present their platforms, answer questions, and take a stand on issues that matter most to the student body.

This event aims to promote transparency, accountability, and informed voting 🗳️. We encourage everyone to review the flow, understand the mechanics, and participate responsibly.

| 𝐃𝐍𝐇𝐒 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐃𝐒𝐏𝐂

The Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC), held at Bacacay East Central School from November 19 to 21, 2025, concluded with several campus journalists from Daraga National High School earning slots for the regional level.

Representing the English publication The Maiden Chronicles (TMC), Nicole M. Milan of 12-STEM 1 placed first in News Writing, while Princess Candice Aspa of 10-SPJ finished second in Sports Writing. From the Filipino publication Ang Bagwis, Justien Millena of 12-STEM 2 secured third in Editorial Cartooning. These wins qualify them for the upcoming Regional Schools Press Conference.

Several other students and teams also achieved commendable performances. In the individual categories, Jaserie Millena of Science and Technology Writing, Heaven Rain Elaurza of Sports Writing, and Chloe Consuelo of Editorial Cartooning all secured fourth place in their respective fields.

Group events also yielded notable outcomes. The Collaborative Desktop Publishing (CDP) team—Dennise Memoracion, Charissa Sanchez, Mica Velasco, Jaira Madriñan, Alessandea Minguez, and Lorenz Nidea—secured second place. The Radio Broadcasting and Scriptwriting team, composed of Rasheekah Clemente, Thirdy Lindio, Sabrina Lindio, Emmanuel Millare, Guianna Depositario, Loryn Moraleda, and Haryannah Casida, placed third.

Also, the Filipino publication, Ang Bagwis’ CDP team—Princess Ivy Velasco, Lianna Grace Moraleda, John Vincent Mazo, Stella Pedrezuela, Trisha Dieloumar, Miley Andes, and Mara Patricia—also earned second place.

• Basic knowledge in layout or design software (Adobe)
• A good eye for layout, color harmony, and visual balance
• Ability to meet publication deadlines and handle revisions efficiently
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to the team’s workflow

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙣𝙜 𝘽𝙖𝙜𝙬𝙞𝙨 triumphed at the recently concluded 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 held at 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗿𝗼, 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻, 𝗔𝗹𝗯𝗮𝘆, Daraga High student-journalists demonstrated their prowess by securing multiple medals in various events under the guidance of school paper advisers 𝗥𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘇.

The participants’ successful feat was made possible by the unwavering support of the school’s key individuals.
