Visayas State University โ Alangalang Campus informs all students, faculty, staff, and other members of the University community that the enhanced security and safety measures provided under ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ซ ๐๐จ. ๐๐๐, ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐๐ are being strictly implemented on campus.
All concerned are reminded to observe the following measures:
โข Wear the official VSU ID at all times while inside the campus.
โข Cooperate with authorized security personnel during reasonable security inspections.
โข Visitors, guests, suppliers, and service providers are required to present valid identification and log before entering the University premises.
โข Security patrols and monitoring will be intensified in academic buildings, student activity areas, dormitories, open spaces, and other strategic locations, particularly at night.
โข Immediately report any suspicious behavior, unattended packages, threats, prohibited items, or other security concerns to the nearest security personnel or University officials.
โข The entry of fi****ms, explosives, bladed weapons, and other dangerous items into University premises is strictly prohibited, except for authorized law enforcement personnel performing official duties.
These measures are precautionary and are intended to safeguard the welfare of the entire University community and maintain a safe, secure, and conducive environment for learning and work.
