Guided by the theme โCelebrating Unity, Creativity, and Academic Excellence for Transformative Learning,โ Campus Fest 2026 showcased incredible talent and collaboration. Held from May 11 to 14, the event successfully unfolded through the collective efforts of various academic organizations under the leadership of Campus Executive Director ๐ซ๐. ๐ณ๐๐๐ ๐ณ. ๐ธ๐๐๐๐๐๐, alongside Dean of Student and Alumni Affairs ๐ซ๐. ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐ ๐ฐ. ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.
The four-day festival commenced with a parade and an opening program, setting a high-energy tone for a week of academic engagement and student participation. In the afternoon, various academic competitions kicked off, allowing students to showcase their passion for excellence.
As the festivities continued, each college conducted activities tailored to its respective field. The College of Teacher Education (CTE), headed by Dean ๐ซ๐. ๐ฑ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ. ๐ซ๐ ๐ฝ๐๐๐, held demonstration teaching and lesson planning sessions, reflecting the commitment of future educators to meaningful and transformative learning. Meanwhile, the College of Management and Technology (CMT), headed by ๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐. ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ. ๐ช๐๐๐๐ ๐ฑ๐., showcased practical industry skills through hospitality activities and a business conference that encouraged professionalism and innovation among the students.
The third day featured events that promoted wellness, culture, and entertainment, including a Fun Run, Laro ng Lahi, and the much-anticipated Got Talent competition. These activities strengthened mutual support among peers while highlighting the diverse talents within the campus community.
The event concluded with one of the most eagerly awaited highlights of the festival: the Mr. and Ms. Ambassador and Ambassadress 2026 competition, where Ian Jay Corpuz and Canah Leah Bernardo, both representing LAKBAY-Turismo, were crowned titleholders. This was followed by an afternoon awarding ceremony recognizing the achievements and active participation of students and organizations throughout the entire event.
More than just a campus celebration, Campus Fest 2026 reflected the institutionโs deep commitment to holistic student development and transformative learning. Through the vibrant participation of students and academic organizations, the festival served as a powerful platform for promoting academic excellence, creativity, cultural appreciation, and leadership within the campus community.
