REMINDER

For: All Students and Academic Faculty (Undergraduate/Graduate
levels (Banga Campus))

Subject: Removal/Completion of Incomplete Grades for AY 2013- 2014

1. The University Academic Policy stipulates that “Inc.” grades not removed/completed within one Academic Year are considered lapsed and will be automatically converted to failing grades.

2. Consequently, “Inc.” grades incurred during the Academic Year 2013-2014 will lapse correspondingly at the end of each semester/term this Academic Year 2014-2015, that is October 11, 2014 for the First Semester, March 21, 2015, the Second Semester, and May 23, 2015 for the Summer Term pursuant to the Academic Calendar for 2014-2015.

3. To prevent future academic problems, submission of duly approved “Completion Form” should be done on or before the deadline set forth in the Academic Policy.

4. “Inc” grades incurred for Academic Year 2012-2013 which has not been complied with during the Academic Year 2013-2014 were already converted “5.0” by the Office of the Registrar.

5. Faculty members who have not given ”Inc.” grades to their students or have already submitted approved completion forms are not covered by this reminder.
