𝙈𝙊𝘽𝙄𝙇𝙀 𝙋𝙃𝙊𝙏𝙊𝙂𝙍𝘼𝙋𝙃𝙔 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙏𝙀𝙎𝙏
ℑ𝔫 𝔠𝔢𝔩𝔢𝔟𝔯𝔞𝔱𝔦𝔬𝔫 𝔬𝔣 𝔱𝔥𝔢 𝔓𝔥𝔦𝔩𝔦𝔭𝔭𝔦𝔫𝔢 𝔈𝔫𝔳𝔦𝔯𝔬𝔫𝔪𝔢𝔫𝔱 𝔐𝔬𝔫𝔱𝔥

1. The contest is open to all 5th district of Iloilo residents age 15-30 years old.

2. Only 1 (one) entry per person is allowed.

3. Photos must be taken by any type of mobile phone or smartphone cameras only.

4. The theme of the photo entry must be in accordance with this year’s Environment Month theme “Only One Earth”

5. The submitted image must be in Landscape (Horizontal) format in JPEG form.

6. Entries must be suitable for publication to a general audience and must not contain anything that is defamatory, sexually explicit, and or obscene images.

7. Selfies are not allowed.

8. Contestants must obey the copyright rules. They should not provide photographs that were previously posted on social media or owned by another person or organization.

9. Photographs that have been previously submitted or have won in any local or international photography contest is not allowed.

10. All entries must be in digital form (JPEG Format) and must be submitted to [email protected] (subject: MOBILE PHOTOGRAPHY) with the following details:
• Name
• Address
• Birthdate
• Contact Number
• Facebook Profile Link
• Mobile Unit used for capturing the photo
• Title
• Photo Caption (Must indicate the place where the image was taken and must have an accurate description of what the photo is about.)

11. All entries must be an original material taken by the photographer and should not include watermarks, signatures, frames, date and/or timestamp, or any other markings on the photo.

12. Digital manipulation is not allowed. Enhancements must be limited to basic post-processing such as adjustments of contrast, minimal color- balancing, sharpening, cropping, dodging and burning.

13. In sending your entry, you give the organizers the right to use your photo in any advocacy, publication, and/or publicity purposes.

14. The committee reserves the right not to accept or disqualify entries that do not follow the given guidelines.

15. The deadline for submission of entries is until 12 noon of June 15, 2023.

16. Participants must like, follow and share the Binky-Boboy "Bibo" Tupas official page.

17. Photos will be posted on the Binky-Boboy "Bibo" Tupas official page on June 16, 2023.

18. For the People’s Choice Award, each “HEART” reaction is worth 1 point. Other reactions are not counted. Reactions will be counted from June 16, 2023 to June 29, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. The People’s Choice Award winner will receive Php 3,000.00 cash.

19. Top 3 shall receive cash prize and e-certificate. (1st Place - Php 5,000.00, 2nd Place - Php. 3,000.00 and 3rd Place - Php. 2,000.00)

20. There will be four (4) consolation prize winners. (Php 500.00 each)

21. All participants will receive an E-certificate.

22. Photos will be judged based on the following criteria:
• Adherence to theme/Content - 30%
• Composition - 20%
• Creativity and Originality - 20%
• Image Quality - 20%
• Emotional Impact - 10%
TOTAL - 100%
