📢 ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL PARENTS/GUARDIANS
Good day, dear parents and guardians! 😊
We would like to inform everyone regarding the recent Executive Order No. 124, Series of 2026, concerning the suspension of face-to-face classes due to the high heat index.
For our school, classes will still continue as scheduled because our classroom is well-ventilated and conducive for learning. However, we will also make sure that our pupils are safe and comfortable while they are in school.
With this, we kindly ask for your cooperation on the following:
💧 Please let your child bring enough drinking water every day so they can stay hydrated.
🏫 During vacant time or breaks, the pupils will stay inside the classroom to avoid unnecessary exposure to the heat.
We will continue to monitor the pupils and make sure they are comfortable and safe while inside the classroom.
⏰ Parents/Guardians are kindly requested to pick up their children on time after class to minimize their exposure to the heat.
We understand everyone’s concern regarding the current weather condition, and we assure you that the health and safety of our pupils remain our priority. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we continue to provide a safe learning environment for our children.
