The Agusan del Sur State University ROTC Unit proudly recognizes the dedication, perseverance, and commitment demonstrated by its officers during the RSCT/ARAPT Training 2025.

Through the support of the Reserved Command, Philippine Army, participating trainees were provided subsidy allowances as a recognition of their hard work and active involvement throughout the conduct of the training. RSCT trainees received ₱4,000.00 each, while ARAPT trainees received ₱2,000.00 each.

This milestone reflects the continued commitment of the military leadership in strengthening the capabilities, discipline, and leadership qualities of ROTC cadets who are preparing themselves to become competent reservists and future leaders of the country.

The ADSSU ROTC Unit expresses its sincere appreciation to the 1502nd CDC, 15th RCDG, RESCOM, PA, for the unwavering guidance, support, and opportunities extended to the cadets. Your dedication greatly contributes to the development and success of every trainee.

LOOK || AGUSAN DEL SUR STATE UNIVERSITY ROTC UNIT SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED ITS 14TH BRIGADE FORMATION

The ADSSU ROTC Unit successfully carried out its 14th Brigade Formation, marking another significant step in the ongoing growth and development of its cadets. The activity featured intensive training centered on RAATI.

More than just enhancing precision and accuracy, the training aimed to strengthen the cadets’ confidence, teamwork, and ability to stay composed under pressure. Each scenario pushed them to apply their knowledge in real-time, emphasizing the importance of accountability and control in every action and decision.

Through determination and collaboration, the cadets demonstrated their readiness to handle challenging situations while embodying the core ROTC values of honor, discipline, and service. The experience gained from this training will serve as a solid foundation as they continue preparing to become dependable and capable future leaders.

The event was attended by MAJ JOVANE C ROBLE (ARM) PA, ADSSU ROTC Commandant, Sgt. Jonel S Manadero (Inf) PA, Tactical NCO of ADSSU ROTC Unit, Training Staff's, Graduate Military Assistants (GMA), and ADSSU ROTC Officers (1CL and 2CL), aspiring officers, and basic cadets. LOOK || ADSSU ROTC UNIT SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED ITS 12TH BRIGADE FORMATION.

ADSSU ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 12th Brigade Formation, marking another milestone in the continuous development of our cadets. They underwent intensive training focused on RAATI (Rifle Marksmanship and Handling) scenarios.

This training was not only about precision and accuracy but also about building confidence, teamwork, and presence of mind under pressure. Each scenario challenged the cadets to apply what they have learned, reinforcing the importance of responsibility and control in every movement and decision.

Through perseverance and cooperation, the cadets proved that they are capable of adapting to demanding situations while upholding the core values of ROTC: honor, discipline, and service. The lessons gained from this training will serve as a strong foundation as they continue their journey toward becoming reliable and competent future leaders.

The event was attended by Sgt. IMPORTANT REMINDER:

-Bring Class, T-shirt extra clothes, bottle filled with drinking water, pack lunch, jacket, gloves and cap.

This training will last the entire day.

All cadets are required to bring their own lunch. Cadets will not be permitted to leave the premises during the training period.
