Cebolin National High School officially opened the School Year 2026โ2027 with enthusiasm, excitement, and a warm welcome to all learners on June 8, 2026.
The day commenced with the regular flag ceremony, followed by a short opening program skillfully facilitated by Ma'am Lotty Aguilon. During the program, learners, parents, teachers, and stakeholders gathered to celebrate the beginning of another academic year filled with hope and opportunities.
In her inspirational message, ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฑ๐ธ๐ธ๐ต ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐ท๐ฌ๐ฒ๐น๐ช๐ต ๐๐, ๐๐ช'๐ช๐ถ ๐๐ช๐ฒ๐ญ๐ฎ ๐. ๐๐ช๐ฐ๐ช๐ต๐ธ๐ท๐ช, warmly welcomed the learners and encouraged them to embrace the new school year with dedication, discipline, and determination. She emphasized the importance of education in achieving their dreams and challenged everyone to strive for excellence in their academic journey.
One of the highlights of the program was the energetic ๐๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฝ ๐ช๐ท๐ญ ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฝ of the teaching and non-teaching personnel. Learners enthusiastically welcomed the faculty and staff, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement and positivity. The activity strengthened the connection between learners and educators, fostering a friendly and supportive learning environment.
To promote punctuality and commitment, Ma'am Haide also recognized the ๐ฃ๐ธ๐น 10 ๐ต๐ฎ๐ช๐ป๐ท๐ฎ๐ป๐ผ (๐น๐ฎ๐ป ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ธ๐ท) who arrived early on the first day of classes. These learners received simple rewards as tokens of appreciation for their exemplary behavior. The recipients expressed their gratitude, while their fellow learners were inspired to practice punctuality throughout the school year.
Meanwhile, Cebolin NHS continued its enrollment activities as parents and guardians actively visited the school to enroll their children. The school was also honored by the presence of Mrs. Melanie Binayao, who joined the opening activities and extended her support as one of the school's valued stakeholders in welcoming the learners.
During the program, a sudden earthquake was felt in the area. Fortunately, all learners, teachers, and visitors were already gathered at the school grounds and were immediately accounted for. The school community remained calm and safe, and everyone expressed gratitude that no one was harmed during the incident.
Following the program, class advisers proceeded with their respective classroom orientations. Learners were introduced to school policies, classroom rules, academic expectations, and other important information necessary for a productive and successful school year.
