Minsan, sobrang focus natin sa medals at recognition, nakakalimutan natin na ang tunay na halaga ay nasa effort na ibinigay. May medal man o wala, kung alam mong ginawa mo ang best mo—kahit pagod, kahit may hirap—panalo ka pa rin.

Hindi lang sukatan ng tagumpay ang medalya, kundi ‘yung tapang mong lumaban araw-araw. Deserve mong i-applaud, kasi hindi madali, pero kinaya mo. And that already says so much about you. congratulations! 👏

Bilang pakikiisa sa 1st Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) 2025, ang Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Bayan ng Carmen kasama ang Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) , PNP , Municipal Health Unit at sa pakikipagtulungan ng Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) ay nagsagawa ng pagsasanay patungkol sa kahandaan sa kalamidad na lindol sa mahigit 353 na mag-aaral at mga kawani ng Rojales Elementary School kaninang ika-3 ng hapon, Marso 13, 2025.

Layunin ng kasanayang ito na masubok ang kaalaman sa kahandaan, tamang pagresponde at mapaghinang ang "conditioned response" sa lindol, di lamang ng mga mag-aaral ng Rojales ES, ngunit maging sa buong komunidad.
Isinagawa sa nasabing kasanayan ang "Duck, Cover and Hold" na parte ng Earthquake Safety Protocol. Nagsagawa rin ng demonstrasyon ang BFP at MDRRMO patungkol sa paunang lunas kung may nasugatan at na injury sa nasabing kalamidad.

Maraming salamat sa pakikiisa para sa mas handa at ligtas na paaralan. 😇👮🏻👷‍♂️👩‍🚒
