On the 2nd day of class suspension, August 18, 2026, brought by the habagat, the learners of Libtec Elementary School willingly and actively worked on their distributed activities with the loving guidance of their parents and the passionate support of their teachers. Their learning journey continues beyond the classroom through teamwork, dedication, and commitment.

| 𝐊–𝟏𝟐 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧

The Provincial Government of Abra suspends face-to-face classes in all public and private schools from Kindergarten to Senior High School on August 18, 2026 for the safety of learners and school personnel.

Schools are advised to implement Alternative Delivery Modes (ADM) in accordance with DepEd guidelines to ensure learning continuity.

This precautionary measure is also in view of PAGASA’s forecast of occasional to frequent rains over Abra due to the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), with possible moderate to heavy rains that may cause flash floods or landslides.

Today, August 17, 2026, the dedicated teachers of Libtec Elementary School continue to bring learning beyond the classroom by distributing worksheets and activity sheets to our learners during the suspension of classes due to the Habagat.

🌧️📚 Despite the disruption, our learners remain active, eager, and committed to accomplishing their given activities at home. Their enthusiasm reminds us that learning never stops when teachers care, and learners are willing to learn. ❤️

This learning-at-home initiative is, of course, closely monitored by our ever-alert and active School Head, Mr. Wendelino T. Arias, Principal III, whose leadership ensures that education and learner support continue even in challenging circumstances.
