Sinalang Extension opens school day with Holy Rosary

Before classrooms filled with lessons and lively conversations, learners and teachers of Abra High School Sinalang Extension gathered for the Holy Rosary before the start of the first period today.

The prayer activity was held in connection with the observance of the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, bringing the school community together in a moment of faith, reflection, and thanksgiving. The SSLG officers and adviser led the prayer, guiding the learners and teachers in the recitation of the Holy Rosary.

With the first lesson yet to begin, Sinalang Extension had already learned an important one: every good day is worth beginning with a prayer.

Learners lead Teachers’ Month celebration at AHS Sinalang Extension

Teachers at AHS Sinalang Extension received an early dose of Teachers’ Month appreciation after the last period today through a program featuring learner performances and messages from school stakeholders.

The school held the celebration ahead of October 5 to allow teachers to participate in the GAD activity tomorrow and join the Nationwide Celebration of Teachers’ Month at the Main Campus.

Learners presented performances for their teachers, while messages from the SSLG President, the OIC, and PTA President Mrs. Merit Tortosa recognized the teachers’ dedication to their learners and the school community.

The celebration was organized by the AHS Sinalang Extension SSLG, under the guidance of adviser Mrs. Alma P. Turqueza.

It may have been an early celebration, but the smiles came right on time.

She literally fed and saved the revolution! Kaya sa mga nagsasabing "bata pa ako" o "matanda na ako" para tumulong sa bayan—Tandang Sora proved that age is just a number when it comes to love for the country. 🇵🇭🔥

CHARACTER REVEAL: SINO ANG BAYANI NA ITO? 📢

Happy National Heroes Day, mga lodi!
