Hi fst students: this is to inform those scheduled for Kavieng trip that...NFC have informed us that there won't be any trainings for this year. All schedules moved to next year 2022.

Please keep your payments receipt safely as there won't be any way to do refunds.

1. Fst 2021 - first of all apologies for the page not being updated till today, this due to our Admin requisition pending up in the main office.

This week is our holidays for one week. Remember our training fees to be paid up. If you have paid your half K500.00, this would be your half 1st and 2nd term period training. 3rd and 4th is for the final period training. Means that you have to pay your last half to complete the training.

Please inform your parents and guardians about this so they are aware of our programs.

- Courses for term 3 and 4

1. Aquaculture - at Yuo community intensive hands on.
2. Basic Computing. Learning all desktop applications MS Office and a Photoshop software.report writing, application letter writing,
3.CFO - Seatime Practical in the field/Kolan beach for a week.
4. SFO - fishing gear construction and deployment.

2. Fst 2020 - admins apologies again to you especially on the Kavieng Trainings, schedules are theirs so we are also checking on regular basis for updates. There is nothing at the moment and so we just have to wait untill they come to us.

Those of you who have access to contact Kavieng can do and get some answers, still OK.

Schedules to go Kavieng is not done here at Hawain. So please remember that.

We have to hear from them Kavieng, and fst admin already mentioned that schedules are still pending until Kavieng tell us so.

Your waiting is not Admin problem. Patience is what admin require from students. You don't want to spoil many things that are coming ahead of you. Please understand. Just follow up and no complaints.

To all FST students in particular, the batches who have already graduated. All is encouraged to have atleast a fish pond in preparation to form a cooperative group under fst program. Please inbox for further information. We are fortunate to be showed that gap by the authorities and it's up to us now.

Fst 2021 - successful done their PHO Level 1 training Practical this year 2021. All have been very good, participative, and most importantly have enjoyed the training as finally, students have fried their fish with a big pot of rice and enjoyed the sunset at the back of the vehicle during the drop offs.

Guys one thing we forgot to mention is that, We don't have utensils (plates, spoons, cups) to use after your practicals tomorrow 26/05/2021.
Could you kindly bring something for yourselves to have your refreshment tomorrow.

- Most Seafood factories in PNG are Competent taking on European Union Standards. PNG can not go without it if we require bigger market community. That standard is called the HACCP - food safety system.

To Fst 2021:
Everyone has to stay home untill Next week Tuesday because of practical equipment which we are yet to purchase. So postpone to 25/05/2021... Tuesday.

To Batch 7, that is the fst graduates from 2020, that:
A. Kavieng trips are still pending and that's from NFC their end. So what we do is wait patiently and keep contacting fst admin for info.
B. The trips are in groups of six (6).This number may vary either increase or decrease and that depends on NFC now. So please just remember that.
C. The selection of Kavieng trips is based on First come first serve.
D. First group selection is complete and on standby.
