This serves as an official reminder to all Grade 12 students who have NOT yet completed their clearance. You are required to finalize your clearance by next week, as the 2025 academic year will conclude on Thursday of next week.

Please be advised that failure to complete the clearance process within the given timeframe will result in not receiving your national GR12 certificates.

📣 First Piloting of SHICC-VUN Digital Exams/Assessment!

We are pleased to announce that Sacred Heart International Catholic College - Vunapope has successfully piloted its first digital exams and assessments as part of the SHICC-VUN Digital Initiative 2024. This milestone represents a substantial advancement in our ongoing commitment to integrating technology into our educational practices, thereby enhancing the learning and teaching experience for our students and teachers.

The digital assessment platform has been meticulously implemented to streamline all assessment and examination process, making it more efficient and accessible for both students and educators, and soon to be parents.

On Monday, our Grade 12 ICT students successfully completed their digital exams, and today marks the turn of our Grade 11 ICT students to experience this new Digital platform.

Key Highlights of the Digital Exam Pilot:
• Seamless Integration:
The digital platform has been seamlessly integrated with our existing systems, ensuring a smooth transition from traditional paper-based exams.

• Enhanced Accessibility:
Students can access their exams from various devices, providing flexibility and convenience.

• Immediate Feedback:
The platform enabled real-time feedback, allowing students to review their performance instantly and identify areas for improvement.

• Grading Efficiency:
Automated grading features expedited the assessment process, providing timely and accurate results.

• Comprehensive Reports:
Detailed reports are being generated, offering valuable insights into student performance and assisting educators in tailoring their teaching strategies.

• Exam Security:
Advanced security measures were in place to ensure exam integrity and honesty, including secure logins, time tracking, and monitoring tools.

We plan to integrate and deploy this digital platform across the entire Secondary School level, encompassing Grades 7 to 12 once the piloting phase is done.
