On the 6th of November, Unitech Nissa Visted;
1.St.Jude Mongop Secondary. We spoke to an audience of Grade 11 students and some teaching staff on site. The deputy principal warmly welcomed the team with the students' bodies. Unitech Nissa donated some stationaries, including an hp printer, and handed out pamphlets of the course outline as well. Mongop students were so attentive,curious, and motivated as the team presented, and that is what we aim to achieve.
2. Madina Girls Secondary. As this was a girls' school, the organizing committee decided to make an all female presentation to encourage women empowerment. Unitech Nissa also donated stationaries and a printer and ended the presentation. The students and teachers expressed how informative the session was as the team departed.
And that was a rep for day 3 of the awareness. As we traveled back to rest and leave kavieng early hours of 1 am Thursday for Namatanai and on to Lihir Secondary.

The New Ireland Students and Staff Association of Unitech had our first meeting on friday which was more or less a Meet-and-Greet session with our firstyears.
Beeing away from home and family does takes it's toll on students mindset and well-being, especially when home is miles away, and therefore having an association where you meet people can call family is important.
