That’s a wrap, another amazing coffee trip in the books, and a new airport for the catalog. 2 weeks in Peru for the golden cup, and a week’s worth of visits in Jaen, visiting suppliers. Huge thank 🙇you to all who made this happen. Also, this is probably the most expensive beer yet, Cancun doesn’t mess around with prices lol. 💰💰

An amazing Team at Chirinos here in Jaén this lab with only two people and a 4 barrel sample roast cup through around 150 samples a day between there two tables not only are the professionals at what the do we are also calibrated witch is a great thing. The cooperative is doing some amazing things here in coffee

And p**f just like that another airport and another beer.🍺 this time headed back to Peru 🇵🇪 for the third anual golden cup and forum witch I will be one of the panelist

Cheers all even with a small local flight you still hav to keep a tradition alive. Headed to Calgary to host the national Canadian cup tasters competition. This ones extra Nice as my wife is going to crush it :-) no pressure love.

Just landed in Frankfurt and I'm trading sunshine for snowflakes! One flight left before I'm sleeping in my own bed. And, of course, a cold beer is in order
