So I had a quick stopover in Cusco and couldn't help but pop out to Picaflor House and see the kids! Chocolate Brownie for everybody.

I have finished up with the lovely kids at Picaflor House. I know I will miss them immensely, I hope I have made a small difference in their lives and I will watch on with interest at how they progress. The torch has been passed to some new volunteers now and I know that they will carry on the good work.

Only 1 more week with the kids before the backpack and I set off to take on South America :( Sadly my backpack is not big enough to fit the 5 or 6 kids I want to take with me!

The final table has been finished and varnished now......well done kids!

Hey a big thank you to everyone who has helped donate for the kids. The money has been spent getting some soccer goals made and painted and to lay the foundations for the guinea pig hutches. We are still a ways off to finish the fence, volleyball net and guinea hutch. I am asking kiwis to open their hearts to make a small gesture that would make a huge difference.
