โœจLunar Eclipse soon โ€” Where Can You See It?โœจ๏ธ
By L.E for FocusMedia.

On September 7, 2025, one of the most spectacular celestial phenomena will occur - a total lunar eclipse, or the so-called "blood moon." At this moment, the Earth will be exactly between the Sun and the Moon, and our satellite will completely enter the planet's shadow. The Earth's atmosphere scatters sunlight, coloring the Moon in reddish hues.

โฐ When will this happen?

Check your's on the website https://www.timeanddate.com/eclipse/in/. This is Moscow time:

๐ŸŒ– the beginning of the eclipse is about 18:28,

๐ŸŒ˜ the beginning of the total phase is 20:30,

๐ŸŒ‘ maximum - 21:11,

๐ŸŒ’ the end of the total phase is 21:53,

๐ŸŒ” the end of the eclipse is by 22:56.

๐ŸŒ Where will it be visible?

Residents of Asia, East Africa and Australia will be able to fully observe the eclipse.

In Europe and parts of Africa, the Moon will be only partially in the shadow, as it will rise during the eclipse.

But in North and South America, the phenomenon will remain below the horizon.

โœจ This eclipse is unique in its duration: for almost an hour and a half, the Moon will be in the full shadow of the Earth. For observers, this is a chance to see how the familiar gray disk turns into a mysterious "blood" Moon.

โœจThe downside of wish to be specialโœจ
By L.E for FocusMedia

Sometimes we are not looking for an answer, but for confirmation of our own significance. We want to hear: "You are special, your path will be different from everyone else".

So one day a rich young man came to the Teacher. He was waiting for secret knowledge, a hidden key to eternity. But instead of a rare revelation, he first heard a thing that made him left with sorrow.

The only thing that can tear the soul of a naive young man from the net of addictions is a radical change in lifestyle, selling and distributing his property to the poor and going into the unknown to follow Christ.

Exclusivity presupposes independence and loneliness on this path. So paradoxically, only by recognizing his smallness and surrendering to God can a person allow the Lord to manage his life for great accomplishments.

And perhaps the most difficult test for a person is not wealth or losses, but the rejection of the desire to be โ€œspecialโ€.

In "The Midnight Library," Haig shows that missed opportunities are not the end of the road, but just one version of life that we could have lived. We can always choose again. We live in a world where the past can no longer be changed, but the future is always open. True happiness lies in accepting yourself and your choices.

Nora realizes that even small changes can radically change her destiny. Every new choice, every look at her life from a different angle opens up new horizons for her. The meaning of life is not the search for an "ideal" path, but then the ability to find beauty in what is.

Every action leaves its mark, and all our experiences, even the most difficult ones, ultimately lead us to the results that make us who we are. Is it worth looking back and looking for โ€œwhat ifโ€?

What choice did you make that changed your life dramatically?
What variation of life would you like to try to live?

When we are faced with the question: ๐’˜๐’‰๐’‚๐’• ๐’Š๐’‡...? We plunge into a boundless ocean of regrets and thoughts about what we could have done differently. What kind of life could we have lived if we had chosen a different path? These thoughts are familiar to everyone. But what if we had the opportunity to live all of these lives? Which path to choose?

๐Ÿ“–๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐›๐จ๐จ๐ค ๐š๐›๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ?

The main character, ๐๐จ๐ซ๐š ๐’๐ฒ๐๐ง๐ž๐ฒ, is going through a midlife crisis. She feels that her life has not worked out, and all the decisions she has made have led her to despondency and disappointment. On the brink of life and death, she finds herself in the Midnight Library, a place where she can rewrite her life by choosing different alternatives. Each book in the library is a version of her life that she could have lived if she had made different choices.

What would her life have been like if she had spent more time with her father and had achieved high results in competitive swimming?
๐‘พ๐’‰๐’‚๐’• ๐’Š๐’‡ she had continued singing in her brother's rock band?
How would her relationship with the man who often dropped in to chat at the store where she worked have turned out for her?

Haig's book raises the most important topic: how do our decisions shape our lives? Each choice is not just an outcome, but a whole series of consequences that create new realities. However, life is not measured only by successes or failures.

The true value lies in accepting it in its entirety, with all its ups and downs.

Nora realizes that perhaps the path she chose is not ideal, but it has shaped her as a person. And it is important not to regret the past, but to perceive it as part of your history, which has made her stronger.

Walking might not be an African thing but trust me there are a lot of Health Benefits to it

๐ŸŒโœจ Sharing Knowledge, Shaping Perspectives! โœจ๐ŸŒ
โœจ What does walking do to your body and brainโœจ

You may have noticed how after a walk in the park or on the street the world becomes brighter, thoughts become clearer and feelings become lighter.

In Russia, walking in the fresh air is not just a way in move. It is a whole culture of recreation, which may seem a little strange to those who were born and raised in hot continent like Africa.

But why not try adding this useful ritual to your life?

๐Ÿ‘Ÿ Why are walking useful?

For the brain: Light physical activity and a change of scenery help improve blood circulation, which contributes to a better supply of oxygen to the brain. This strengthens memory, increases concentration and helps solve problems faster.

For the body: Walking is a great workout for the cardiovascular system, improves metabolism and gently strengthens muscles. And without intense exercise!

For mood: Walking stimulates the production of endorphins โ€” hormones of happiness. After a walk outside, you will feel calmer and more relaxed. This is especially important for fighting anxiety and stress.

๐ŸŒ But why are walks so popular in Russia, while in Africa it is not so common?

Maybe it is because of the cold climate or vast green areas even in the cities that are so beloved by all residents.

In any case, the habit of going out into the fresh air is not only useful, it is also a scientifically proven psychological therapy. 15 minutes of walking will help you reboot during a break, but an hour and a half walk alone with yourself can help no worse than a session with a psychologist. Here is such a harsh and cheap way to cope with difficulties.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Do you often go outside just to breathe fresh air?
Have you noticed how walks affect your mood and productivity?

๐Ÿ“ Write in the comments how you usually relax and how walks are useful for you!๐Ÿ‘‡
