Memories live. In conversation A few years ago with The Prime Minister Mickela Panday aka The Silver Fox. In his Very gracious very Trini voice said to me. “Boy you can’t and would never be a politician.” I felt no way but I wanted to know his reason why, because I just came off a podium after being introduced and making my address to the audience, so I ask WHY? He said Colin!!

50 YEARS.
A special Happy July 4th on the celebration of the
“Treaty of Chaguaramas”
CARICOM came into being on 4 July 1973 with the signing of the Treaty of Chaguaramas by Prime Ministers Errol Barrow for Barbados, Forbes Burnham for Guyana, Michael Manley for Jamaica and Eric Williams for Trinidad and Tobago.
There was a purpose and vision for Dr. Williams.
