I see it allllllll the time, and it used to be me! I had:
High cravings
Skits energy
Mid afternoon slump
Low motivation
Anxiety
Irritation
Sh*tty sleep
Brain fog
..
Until I Started to understand myself more and:
Set a sleep schedule(wake/sleep time)
Limit caffeine 90 minutes post wake up
Got sunlight in the eyes in the morning
Got educated on foods that damage me
Move in the morning
Be consistent

Our stomachs, to do what they need to do, need something called Hydrochloric acid, or HCL for short. Without HCL we:ββββββββ

Won't digest foods well, specifically proteinββββββββ
Have nutritional deficiencies like Zinc and B12ββββββββ
Be able to sterilise food before it reaches the gutββββββββ
Have increased bloatingββββββββ
More problems down the chain... with the gallbladder/pancreas/liver/small and large intestinesββββββββ

Sleep is such an important thing that a lot of people struggle with! Routinely doing these things will definitely assist in better sleep but of course there may be other factors as to why you're stuggling, like blood sugar dysregulation, all kinds of stress, and eating foods you're sensitive to π€―ββββββββ

I've been a sh*tty friend in the past, but this bloke has continued to stand by me. As well as my beautiful girlfriend, and my amazing family.
90% of people give up to early when it comes to their goal, even when on the exact right path, and so it's important you have those people around you that keep you going through those difficult points when you want to give up.
