I see it allllllll the time, and it used to be me! I had:

High cravings
Skits energy
Mid afternoon slump
Low motivation
Anxiety
Irritation
Sh*tty sleep
Brain fog
..

Until I Started to understand myself more and:

Set a sleep schedule(wake/sleep time)
Limit caffeine 90 minutes post wake up
Got sunlight in the eyes in the morning
Got educated on foods that damage me
Move in the morning
Be consistent

Our stomachs, to do what they need to do, need something called Hydrochloric acid, or HCL for short. Without HCL we:​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Won't digest foods well, specifically protein​​​​​​​​
Have nutritional deficiencies like Zinc and B12​​​​​​​​
Be able to sterilise food before it reaches the gut​​​​​​​​
Have increased bloating​​​​​​​​
More problems down the chain... with the gallbladder/pancreas/liver/small and large intestines​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
If you have any of these symptoms then maybe it's time to look into your stomach acid:​​​​​​​​

Bloating and gas after meals​​​​​​​​
Trouble digesting meat​​​​​​​​

Sleep is such an important thing that a lot of people struggle with! I've been a sh*tty friend in the past, but this bloke has continued to stand by me. As well as my beautiful girlfriend, and my amazing family.

Do the things that bring you joy but also take into consideration how often you're eating sh*tty foods and staying out super late.​​​​​​​​
