Kathak is a classical dance form from India, characterized by intricate footwork and expressive gestures.

We are offering a trial class this Sunday 10am to 11am at Blockhouse Bay Community Centre which will include an introduction to the history and style of Kathak, basic footwork and movement techniques, training in rhythm and musicality, as Kathak is closely tied to Indian classical music.

This class will be open to students of all skill levels.
