There is an updated version of the enrolment form on the www.education.govt.nz website under the ECE Funding Handbook Updates page as this change does not come in to effect until the 20th April. I note that the sample enrolment form does not include anything around the new medicines Category (i) and (ii), only for medicines to be filled in if there is an individual health plan.

So I'm thinking that we won't need to get parents to sign a new enrolment form to meet the new medicine categories.

Ensure you continue to use your existing enrolment agreement up until the 20th April.

If your service was open but no children attended over the Christmas period, please check your funding data in Pourato and ensure that you received funding for those days.

Services that applied the SO code in their centre's calendar but did not notify the resourcing team may not have been funded.

As of today, the regulation that required ECE services to keep immunisation records has been revoked. ECE services are no longer required to keep immunisation records. If you are a Discover user, I suggest turning off automated immunisation reminders under your centre settings and for all services to archive all immunisation records.
