How cool is humming? I started doing it again after participating in a Buteyko breath training course. Mostly when I’m walking.
Here’s a great explanation of why it’s so important.

Like gifting smiles whilst walking around, you never know the impact made when you are willing to take the time to chat.

What’s fear anyway?
It’s a perception …
It’s the subconscious trying to keep us safe.
The ultimate outcome required for evolution.
Yet, it can be life-limiting, to listen to our subconscious trying to keep us safe from events or experiences that could be life affirming, exhilarating, life changing and add positively to our growth and experience. 👏🥳
When I woke this morning I never thought I’d cycle 20km in and out of the City of London, to Hyde Park.
I quietened the fear voice, and decided to give it a go!🚴♀️🙌
What a blast, I ended up soaked on the return journey through some of the busiest areas of London.
The cycling lanes are so good. 👍😁☔️🌧️🚴♀️

We feel it in our body when we feel tired, wake up feeling exhausted, constantly feel 'down'.😞'
