Our instructor Sarah attended her STOTT Reformer Pilates training last year and is yet to sit her exam.

Whether you want to work on something specific or just want all round exercising, these classes could be for you!

One on one classes: $45 for a 45minute session

Wanted to try reformer Pilates but don’t know where to start? Welcome to Te Anau Rent-a-Reformer!

“Reformer machines are a specialized, bed-like machine with a sliding carriage, springs, and straps to provide resistance and support for low-impact, full-body workouts that build core strength, flexibility, and muscle tone.”

With a touch screen TV in each room, you don’t have to plan your workout, or know what to do! You just choose your workout and follow along! There are two reformers in each room so you can do it on your own or with a friend!

There are a range of workouts from beginner to advanced, stretching or rehabilitation that are super easy to follow along to.
