🟡Crouching down and taking balls on and off the cones - this Gyminis learner was so confident on the beam and wanted to give this challenge a go! 🟡

🤩 Here our Gyminis learner is building neck, shoulder and back strength as well as crossing one of her midlines. This fun activity of lying on her stomach and moving items from one bucket across to the other ticks so many boxes for fundamental movement skills 🤩 Tino pai to mahi

🎶Movement activities like dancing, clapping, playing instruments, promote physical coordination, motor, skills and body awareness. These activities enhance fine and gross motor skills helping children to develop better control over their bodies. We incorporate singing and dancing at Gyminis and especially love when the instruments come out! 🎶
