What a fun-filled day of colourful, crazy and creative hairstyles. Our tamariki embraced the spirit of Wacky Hair Day with lots of smiles, laughter and fabulous hairdos. We also enjoyed some wacky-themed treats and creative activities together. It was wonderful to see our tamariki expressing their individuality, creativity and confidence while having lots of fun with their friends.

It was so much fun exploring a cornflour, water and colour dye experiment. There was lots of curiosity, collaboration and sensory discovery as the tamariki experimented with cause and effect, textures, colours and movement. They noticed how the mixture changed as they added water and colour, creating a wonderful, messy science experience 👏

This morning our tamariki had lots of fun making and exploring their very own kinetic sand! They worked together to measure, mix, pour and squish the ingredients, watching as the mixture transformed into soft, mouldable sand.
This experience encouraged sensory exploration, creativity, cooperation and fine-motor development. The tamariki loved getting their hands messy, experimenting with textures and creating shapes with their homemade sand.

Every bite is not just about nourishing our bodies…it’s also about developing independence, coordination, confidence and a sense of achievement.
