Yesterday we brought our Silvercard Trainers and support teams together for a productive and highly successful Trainer/Assessors Day.

Our new CEO, Kieran White, shared his vision for the future along with key strategic updates for the industry. Monique Bradley delivered a powerful session on communication, reinforcing how the way we show up as trainers directly influences learning outcomes. Carien Bresler and Kylene Schlebusch also provided updates across the Silvercard program.

We were pleased to hear from our partners at PCANZ, with Lara reinforcing the importance of maintaining high standards for Unit Standard and Skills Standard credit reporting.

Silvercard also shared an update on the Forklift Operator Certificate, currently in development — watch this space.
