💚 Wellness Wednesday with Equinox Animal Chiropractic 💚
Gratitude in Life’s Seasons

This week, our family said goodbye to our beloved dog, Scooter. He brought endless joy, laughter, and unconditional love into our lives, and his absence is deeply felt.

Moments like these remind us how important it is to pause and be grateful—not just for the big things, but for every small moment, every wagging tail, every walk in the sunshine. Gratitude has a way of softening grief and bringing comfort even in hard times.

💭 Take a moment today to reflect on what (or who) you are grateful for. Hold them a little closer. Celebrate the joy they bring into your life.

Life is precious. Health is precious. Love is precious.

💚 What are you grateful for this week?

💧 Wellness Wednesday with Equinox Animal Chiropractic 💧
Let’s Talk Hydration—for Your Animals!

Hydration isn’t just vital for humans—your four-legged friends need it too. Water plays a key role in keeping their bodies moving, healing, and functioning at their best.

🐶 Dogs can lose hydration quickly through panting, exercise, and even cool weather. Dehydration can lead to joint stiffness, poor digestion, and fatigue.
🐴 Horses rely on proper hydration to maintain joint health, muscle function, and digestive flow—especially after work or travel.
🧠 Just like us, your animal’s brain and nervous system need water to maintain focus, mood, and coordination.
🦴 Their joints and spine also rely on hydration—think of it as their internal shock absorber.

💦 Tip: Always offer clean, fresh water—especially after chiropractic adjustments, exercise, or hot weather. Adding a splash of bone broth (for dogs) or a soaked feed (for horses) can encourage drinking, too!

Balance their body. Balance their life.
Keep them hydrated and thriving.
