Morrinsville Playcentre is a Parent Co-operative Early Childhood Education Centre for children aged 0-6years. We are open Tuesday-Friday during the school term.
Morrinsville Playcentre is a great place to meet other parents while spending quality time playing alongside your children. Tuesday 9:00-12:30

Your first 3 visits are obligation FREE! There are no fees to join. So come along, see what Playcentre can offer your family.

Welcome back for Term 3!
Our sessions are for tamariki aged 0-6 years and their whānau. These sessions are fun for the whole family and offer opportunities for tamariki and their whānau to make friendships that last a lifetime.
Come along and join in the fun for term 3!
We are open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am - 12.30pm and Wednesday 9am - 12pm

That's a wrap for Term Two!
Some of the highlights were Pyjama day (with Waffles), making donuts, World Bee day with beeswax sandwich wrap making, amazing face painting (every day!), and celebrating the graduations of four of our wonderful tamariki. We finished the term by celebrating Matariki together.
Morrinsville Playcentre is closed for the first week of the school holidays (6-10 July) but will be open again from Tuesday 14 July.

Talofa lava! It's Samoan Language Week (Vaiaso o le Gagana Sāmoa).
This relates to the Te Whariki strands of Mana Reo | Communication (Samoan language) and Mana Whenua | Belonging (culture and identity).
At Playcentre today we have homemade kinetic sand with sea creatures (meaola o le sami), and one of talented parents made stamps with Samoan designs which were put out along with paint and paper for le fanau to get creative with.
