Excited to spread the news of this concert on behalf of our friends at Lewis Eady! Minglun Liu, John Mietus, Madeleine Xiao and a mystery guest performer will be presenting a celestial concert in the Te Whatu Stardome. Another spotlight on one of our great cello teachers! Peixuan Xie is a wonderful cellist who studied at the Royal College of Music with Raphael Wallfisch, Amanda Truelove, and Tillmann Vick. As a teacher, she is known for her warm and thoughtful approach, drawing on her studies in the Alexander Technique to help students develop healthy posture and breathing, reduce tension, and play with freedom, confidence and imagination.

Peixuan works with students of all ages and levels, always aiming to cultivate not only strong technique but also a personal and joyful connection to music. Her experience also allows her to assist with auditions, competitions and exams. Spots in her Epsom studio are limited so please get in touch now!

It was a pleasure seeing our talented young pianists for our first Piano Plus event of the year! Split into multiple sessions across the day, our young musicians played solos and duos for an appreciative audience of parents and friends in the Lewis Eady Steinway Showroom. Delighted to see our young students on violin, piano, guitar, clarinet and flute at our Multi-Instrumental Concert! It was great to hear everyone in the Lewis Eady Steinway Showroom and we know our students enjoyed listening to their peers. Our End-of-Year Concert at the Danish Society was a great send-off to 2025! Selected soloists on guitar, flute, piano, violin and cello played to an audience of appreciative parents, teachers, and friends, all gathered to celebrate the end of the year. Our Junior and Senior String Orchestras also played to great applause, conducted by the wonderful Kali Halapua. It was wonderful to see everyone and we look forward to making 2026 even better!
