Made up of approximately 20 young people, we are a group of youth looking to represent the younger generation of Palmerston North in a variety of Council and community matters. This page is for the purpose of advertising our events and gathering opinions for our submissions to Council, and overall one of our links between the general public and PNYC.

We would like to sincerely apologise for the cancellation of our Pride Month event earlier today.
We understand that many of you were looking forward to attending earlier this month, and we recognise the disappointment and inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to proceed with the event as planned.
While we are disappointed that we were unable to proceed with the event as planned, we are pleased to let you know that the event has been postponed and will now take place on 24 July at Youth Space. We are excited to bring everyone together for what promises to be a night of fun, celebration, entertainment, and community connection. We hope you will be able to join us on the new date, and we look forward to celebrating Pride Month with you then.
