Compassionate Living offers a practical approach to compassion that resonates deeply with theosophical teachings. It invites us to observe without judgment and understand what our and others' inner drivers are.
Drawing on timeless theosophical teachings, Lee-Anne Stone explores how compassion is not only a virtue but a disciplined way of living that awakens consciousness.
She will share her journey with Nonviolent Communication, which was a profound catalyst for spiritual unfoldment.
For those who are interested, a free workshop will be scheduled in the coming months.

Lee-Anne has been a member of the Theosophical Society for many years. She has facilitated self-empowerment courses for women through the Rural Education Activities Programme REAP, and was co-founder of a charity for the development of the self in the context of the Spiritual Being. She draws from her life experience, various authors, influences, and titles such as Nonviolent Communication, Complaint Free World, Brené Brown, Theosophical teachings, Tao, Buddhism, Christian faith, and so much more. She is a trained facilitator who holds a Certificate in Adult Teaching and recently attended a nine-day International Intensive Training for Nonviolent Communication in Vietnam.
